Back when our only worries were how to get there from here, now it’s all death and taxes… Leaders of the New School (C. Brown, Bustha Rhymes, Milo & Dinko D.) were light years ahead of their time, with lyrical content still relevant to this day.  That’s more than I can say for the jumpsuits they were wearing… Ha!

Wayback Wednesdays: Pete Rock & CL Smooth “TROY”

Seems appropriate to feature “They Reminisce Over You” on today’s Wayback Wednesday.  Hot Button issue, subject of some heated debate & turmoil, BUT STILL A TIMELESS CLASSIC.  I’ll spare my bias opinion, but I will say that some things are sacred… You wanna contact me for debate, I’d love to oblige.
